Alex Feemster is a dedicated nurse educator with a passion for bridging the gap between classroom theory and clinical practice. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing Education from Auburn University. With a background in emergency medicine, Alex is double board certified in Emergency Nursing (CEN) and Trauma Nursing (TCRN). She is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and the Emergency Nurses Association. Her teaching philosophy centers on cultivating critical thinking and clinical judgment skills that prepare nursing students to deliver safe, evidence-based care in high-pressure environments. Alex’s primary teaching focus is in the clinical judgment courses, where she integrates her real-world emergency and trauma expertise into engaging, practice-ready learning experiences.
